items that don't qualify

Generally, items that do not qualify for free shipping are very heavy or very large items.  Orders that include oversized items such as floor panels, body parts, heavy engines, roofs/tops, etc. 

back orders / order splitting

Sometimes an item on your order might be on back order.  As often as we can, we like to ship you the available items by the estimated ship date on  your order, and then get you the back ordered item(s) in a separate shipment.  However, we can't ship multiple boxes for orders that received free shipping.  If your order qualifies for free shipping, everything will ship to you together in one package.  If you need us to ship part of the order separately, please call to pay for the shipping charge.

Oversized items will be shipped freight, which starts at $250.00, or pickup is available in Quincy, Illinois.  We can also arrange to have your item moved to our stores in either Wentzville, Missouri, or Osage Beach, Missouri with about 10 business days notice.
